Refund Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to digital purchases made for MoveStack from We Web Hosting (Business ID 2536101-3), including early-access purchases, license-related purchase flows and related checkout payments.
2. This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory law may give you stronger rights than anything written here. This policy supplements, and does not replace or narrow, rights that apply under consumer protection law for digital content and digital services.
3. Billing mistakes, duplicates and unauthorized charges
- Duplicate charges, obvious billing errors and unauthorized payments should be reported promptly.
- If we confirm that a payment was charged in error, we will correct it and issue the appropriate refund.
- Refunding or reversing a payment may result in suspension or withdrawal of related licensed access.
4. Non-delivery or failed delivery
If paid digital access, license delivery or the agreed purchase flow is not delivered without undue delay, you may be entitled to require delivery, cancel the contract or obtain a refund as required by applicable law.
5. Defective digital content or service
If MoveStack is defective in a way for which we are legally responsible, applicable law may entitle you to defect correction, a price reduction, cancellation or a refund, depending on the nature and seriousness of the defect and whether it can be remedied within a reasonable time.
6. Consumer withdrawal rights for digital products
Consumers in the EEA or UK may generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases of digital content or digital services. That right can be lost in specific digital-delivery situations if the legal conditions are met.
In particular, the withdrawal right may end after delivery begins during the withdrawal period if the consumer gave explicit prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, and if the required confirmation was provided in a durable medium.
If those legal conditions are not met, mandatory withdrawal rights may continue to apply.
7. Manual review and staged delivery
Some MoveStack purchase flows may include manual review, anti-abuse checks, staged delivery or separate license issuance after payment. Where delivery has not yet started, the assessment of cancellation and refund requests may differ from a flow where full digital access has already been delivered.
8. Processing a refund
- Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method unless another method is legally required or operationally necessary.
- Refund timing also depends on the payment provider and card issuer or bank.
- Where access has been refunded, related entitlements, download access, tokens or licensed operations may be revoked.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
If a payment is disputed through the payment provider or card issuer, we may pause associated service delivery, license handling or support actions while the dispute is being reviewed.
10. How to request a refund or cancellation review
Contact [email protected] and identify the order clearly. Include the purchase email, approximate purchase date, the issue you are reporting and whether the request concerns duplicate billing, non-delivery, defect, withdrawal or another reason.
